Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Final sale or clearance items
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at info@guilguiluxedecor.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  1. Processing Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery may also be subject to a partial refund.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our Customer Service team at info@guilguiluxedecor.com for assistance.
